Woking with Luke to find my new job has been a pleasure. I received a phone call from him to discuss my job preferences (salary, location, other benefits, etc.) and I can honestly say he listened to what I was looking for because 2 days later he found me the perfect job that ticked all the boxes. Worked for this agency for a little while, They were very professional and always on hand to help with any issues. I was out of work due to the pandemic and i applied for a job and got a reply the next morning from Emma and then sorted out a quick interview to speak about the job etc. she was nothing but pleasant the whole time and very helpful helping me with prep for the main interview and has still been in touch recently hoping the job is going well and also sent a good luck card when I started the job which she didn't have to but was a very nice gesture I've not had anywhere near the same kindness and help from other agencies so I would highly recommend Ellis mason to anyone.

I was made redundant at the end of last year due to the pandemic, and like many others were applying to lots of companies, often receiving no response, so it was a great boost to receive an email from Luke and Ellis Mason, offering to chat about a job he thought I might be suited for (a job I had actually already been looking at, but hadn’t applied for yet). Luke was friendly and professional throughout, first having a zoom chat about the role, and then arranging the interview with the hiring manager, responding very quickly to emails and questions and preparing me for the interview in the best way possible, even following up once I had my first day at the new job. He made a process that’s normally stressful very pleasant.I can definitely recommend contacting Ellis Mason, and if you receive an email from them about a job opportunity, don’t discard it as they are a serious business, and in my case it led to a great new job I’m very happy with!

I was made redundant due to Covid back in February and since then I signed up to many recruitment agencies and applied to many jobs. Not even one of them replied or called, until I receive a lovely email from Emma regarding a role I applied for. Funny enough the role I applied was not suitable for my experience but Emma called and we spoke about another role which would suit me better. Like so many people this year, I was made redundant. I contacted my previous go to agencies and never really heard from them and if I did, it was for a job role I had stated I was not interested in.Ellis Mason are amazing! After being made redundant thanks to Covid and being stuck as all jobs in travel were no longer existing I contacted many recruitment agents. Unbelievable company.Normally I’m wary of recruitment companies as they tend to go off on a tangent from the job you were interested in.However, Ellis Masons don’t waste your time and focus on the role you were interested in. The environment is friendly and welcoming. They are an amazing Company, they are every honest people, they listen and take in everything you tell them, they also take the information you give them about yourself and what your looking for and turn it into productive feedback to you allowing you to focus on key area's on yourself and what you should be focusing your time on.I was a unemployed young Adult with no experience in the work place what so ever, no agency that i went to before was willing to guide me in the right direction or even help me find a job.
