I was made redundant at the end of last year due to the pandemic, and like many others were applying to lots of companies, often receiving no response, so it was a great boost to receive an email from Luke and Ellis Mason, offering to chat about a job he thought I might be suited for (a job I had actually already been looking at, but hadn’t applied for yet). Luke was friendly and professional throughout, first having a zoom chat about the role, and then arranging the interview with the hiring manager, responding very quickly to emails and questions and preparing me for the interview in the best way possible, even following up once I had my first day at the new job. He made a process that’s normally stressful very pleasant.I can definitely recommend contacting Ellis Mason, and if you receive an email from them about a job opportunity, don’t discard it as they are a serious business, and in my case it led to a great new job I’m very happy with!

I was made redundant due to Covid back in February and since then I signed up to many recruitment agencies and applied to many jobs. Not even one of them replied or called, until I receive a lovely email from Emma regarding a role I applied for. Funny enough the role I applied was not suitable for my experience but Emma called and we spoke about another role which would suit me better. I had a quick chat with Emma and within 3 days I received a video interview and was offered a job. Emma went above and beyond to get this role for me. I received a great service from Emma and now started in my new role she still contact me to see how I am doing. A fantastic company.

Like so many people this year, I was made redundant. I contacted my previous go to agencies and never really heard from them and if I did, it was for a job role I had stated I was not interested in.Ellis Mason are amazing! And I cannot stress that enough! I always felt that Emma cared about me as a person, and took my opinions on board when looking for roles. Every potential role that she suggested to me was something I had never thought of perusing before, but all of them made me very excited about returning to work.Ellis Mason adapted wonderfully to the COVID situation, and kept me in the loop always. When things were at their worst in lockdown, getting a call to let me know I wasn't forgotten made me really feel hopeful.Thanks to Emma I am now in a role that I'm excited about, and it's lovely to enjoy working again! She's worked so hard and I honestly don't have enough room to write how lovely she has been.From now on Ellis Mason will be first on my list, if ever I need to find work.

After being made redundant thanks to Covid and being stuck as all jobs in travel were no longer existing I contacted many recruitment agents. Most were honestly useless; I had to chase them, they weren’t responsive, and I had to explain my situation repeatedly to the same person.When I spoke with Emma it was a revelation! Unbelievable company.Normally I’m wary of recruitment companies as they tend to go off on a tangent from the job you were interested in.However, Ellis Masons don’t waste your time and focus on the role you were interested in. The environment is friendly and welcoming. The staff make you feel like you’ve known them for years.The person who helped me find my current job is Emma, who is so nice and always cheerful.She was checking up on me throughout the recruitment process and sounded genuinely interested in how I was finding it.On my first day at the job I got through this company, Emma even sent a good luck card. They are an amazing Company, they are every honest people, they listen and take in everything you tell them, they also take the information you give them about yourself and what your looking for and turn it into productive feedback to you allowing you to focus on key area's on yourself and what you should be focusing your time on.I was a unemployed young Adult with no experience in the work place what so ever, no agency that i went to before was willing to guide me in the right direction or even help me find a job. Then i came across Ellis Mason I told them my situation and what i was looking for, they gave me productive feedback on what I needed to change and what i needed to improve.I felt that they was heavily invested into getting me the correct job and helping me improve myself as a person. not long after they got me a interview with a company that I'm now working for and enjoying every minute of it. I highly recommend this company to anyone no matter what situation your in i believe that they would get you to the place need to be.

Ellis Mason have been fab! I had been in the same job for 5 years and felt like I needed a fresh start. I sent my outdated CV off for a couple of jobs where Emma replied asking if we could meet. Emma gave me such a friendly welcome! She went through everything with me and helped me improve my CV drastically! I was then offered 2 job interviews. Emma was very helpful as she knew how nervous I was, and helped prepare me for my first interview by having lots of knowledge about the company and building my confidence! I only went and got the job!!!!!! This all happened so quickly! Emma is very professional making sure she goes above and beyond.

Ellie Mason really took the time and effort to just talk to me and get to know me. Emma has a great initiative and helped me understand what I wanted, before placing me into exactly the job I was looking for, and Luke was very fair and helped me clarify what was achievable with my current experience.
